Their business model is based on a yearly subscription fee with the opportunity to activate add-on modules based on the number of properties in the portfolio. ejendom.com currently operates within the B2B and B2G segments, with the potential to offer B2C through corporate partnerships as well.

The story behind ejendom.com?: ejendom.com started as a corporate venture-building project together with a Danish engineering company, Bang & Beenfeldt, in 2022, and later became an independent spin-off company due to strong interest from similar customers.
