Bodil Energi enters new partnership with InstallatørGruppen
Bodil Eneri welcomes InstallatørGruppen as a new strategic investor, acruiring 10% ownership stake in Bodil Energy. The new partnership aims to expand Bodil Energi’s energy-efficient solutions and accelerate the green transition. Bodil Energi is renowned for its efforts in sustainable energy solutions and has established strong partnerships with recognized institutions such as Nordea, Norlys, Jyske Bank, and EDC. To date, Bodil Energi has assisted more than 7,300 Danish households in reducing energy consumption, resulting in average annual savings of DKK 13,500 on customers’ energy bills per homeowner and have reduced CO2 emissions by over 3,000 tons annually.
The partnership and investment from InstallatørGruppen is a good strategic fit, seeing that InstallatørGruppen currently comprises 20 Danish installation companies with extensive expertise within eletrical, plumbing, fiber, ventilation, and cooling systems. Together, Bodil Energi and InstallatørGruppen aims to accelerate the green transition.
Niels Meidahl, CEO of InstallatørGruppen, states,
